What data we process and why
| When | Data | Purpose | Legal basis |
|---|---|---|---|
| Contact form | Name, email address and the content of your message | To answer your enquiry | Your consent, by ticking the box and sending the form |
| The data you send us | To reply and keep in touch | Your consent |
We do not use your data to send you advertising, we do not build profiles and we do not make automated decisions.
How long we keep it
We keep your data for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and, afterwards, for as long as legal liabilities may arise. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Who we share it with
We do not pass your data on to third parties unless legally required. For the website to work, some providers process data on our behalf:

- Google (Gmail), where we receive the messages sent through the form. Google may process data outside the European Economic Area with the safeguards provided for by the GDPR.
- Services that load parts of the page, such as fonts, the map library or the map itself. When you visit the website, your browser may connect to them and share your IP address.
Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to alianzabrir@gmail.com.
If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, such as an encrypted connection (https) and restricted access to information.
